Target Company Profiles
VAST seeks to invest in businesses with the following characteristics:
- Mid-market companies founded by, led by, or primarily employing women.
- Early, late, or mid-stage businesses with at least $500,000 in revenue.
- Headquartered in the Rocky Mountain region.
- Growing, profitable companies with strong business fundamentals, including competitive positioning, market share in a large and growing market, and measurable growth potential.
- Talented, adaptable, and collaborative management teams.
- Companies in which our expertise can accelerate revenue growth, operational efficiencies and decision-making.
Investment Criteria
- We seek minority ownership positions in portfolio companies.
- Our investments generally range from $250,000 to $2,000,000.
- We prefer to lead investments but will participate in syndicated investments.
- We structure transactions that foster long-term growth, ensure financial stability, and maximize shareholder value.
